2. Products & Handmade Nature

  • All our junk journals and scrapbooks are individually handmade. Due to this unique process, minor variations in color, texture, paper patterns, and finishing are to be expected and are celebrated as part of the item's charm.
  • We make every effort to display product colors, measurements, and details accurately. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.


3. Custom & Personalised Orders

  • If you request a customized or personalized item, you are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, themes, and design choices provided to us are accurate.
  • Work on custom orders begins immediately upon payment.


4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are securely processed in full at checkout via Stripe. We do not store your credit or debit card information.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strictly ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days excluding any bank holidays. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and are not legally binding guarantees.
  • The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you, the buyer, the moment they are physically delivered to your shipping address.


6. Cancellations & Returns

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Personalised / Custom Goods:Β All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Standard / Ready-Made Goods:Β You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return. You must return the item in its original, unused condition at your own expense using a tracked shipping service.
  • Damaged / Faulty Goods:Β If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the item and its packaging so we can process a refund or replacement.


7. Approved Refunds Timeline

Once a refund is approved and processed via Stripe, it will be credited to your original payment card. Please note that while we trigger refunds instantly, your high street bank can takeΒ upto 14 business daysΒ to clear the funds back into your account.


8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
