Personalised & Custom Orders
Because our items are handmade to your exact specifications and personalised to order,ย we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please double-check all spelling, custom options, and sizing choices before completing your order, as production begins immediately.
Standard (Non-Personalised) Items
For standard, non-customised handmade items, you haveย 14 days from deliveryย to request a return.
- Return Conditions:ย The item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping:ย The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.
- Original Shipping:ย We only refund our standard shipping rate; premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us withinย 30 days of deliverywith your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
